1. Register your center

Visit balto.work/register/center and complete the center signup form. Upload your CRN, medical operating license, and at least one authorized signatory ID.

2. Verification (2–5 business days)

The Balto team validates your credentials with the relevant regulator (Ministry of Health in your country, municipality/Chamber of Commerce). Approved centers receive the verified badge and unlock job/shift posting.

3. Create listings

Post jobs (permanent roles) with specialization, salary range, experience requirements, and a rich description. Post shifts (short-term work) with start/end times, hourly rate, and optional perks (accommodation, meals).

4. Review applications

Candidates apply through the platform; their profile + CV + contact details land in your dashboard. Filter by specialization, experience, language, and license status.

5. Communicate & hire
