1. Register as a Job Publisher

Visit balto.work/register/employer and complete the Job Publisher signup form with your organization and contact details.

2. Verification (2–5 business days)

The Balto team validates your credentials with the relevant regulator (Ministry of Health in your country, municipality/Chamber of Commerce). Approved employers receive the verified badge and unlock job/shift posting.

3. Create listings

Post jobs (permanent roles) with specialization, salary range, experience requirements, and a rich description. Post shifts (short-term work) with start/end times, hourly rate, and optional perks (accommodation, meals).
