1 Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a professional medical profile or Job Publisher account, including your contact details, medical credentials, employment history, and licensing information.
2 How We Use Your Information
Your data is primarily used to match healthcare professionals with relevant shifts and full-time opportunities, verify your credentials, and improve our platform's AI matching algorithms.
3 Information Sharing
We share your professional profile with verified healthcare facilities and recruiters only when you apply for a position or opt-in to be discoverable in our talent pool. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4 Data Security
We implement advanced encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your sensitive data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5 Your Rights
You retain full control over your data. You can access, modify, export, or delete your personal information at any time through your Balto dashboard settings.
6 Analytics and Advertising
On the website, Balto uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and Conversions API with your choice: these optional technologies remain off until you grant consent, and you can reject them or change your choices through Cookie preferences. In the Balto mobile app, analytics and ad measurement are part of standard operation. Balto records key registration, application, checkout and payment actions, not browsing or searches. The Meta App Events SDK measures activation, registration and verified purchases. In production Android releases, the SDK may use the Android advertising identifier, when available and permitted by device settings, to match installs and events to ads. The SDK honors system advertising-ID restrictions, including deletion or opt-out. On iOS, Meta measurement runs only after you allow tracking and follows later changes in iOS Settings; advertising-identifier collection remains disabled on iOS. For purchase measurement, Meta receives the confirmed paid total, currency and an opaque receipt reference. Purchase events exclude product names, professional profile details and payment-card information.
